Chioma Chigozie-Okwum indigenous to Imo State, Nigeria is a strategic planner and “tech-futurist” who is interested in educating people about social issues. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Michael Okpara University Umudike, a Post graduate Diploma in Education from the National Teacher’s Institute Kaduna, and Master of Science Degree in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria. She is a Doctorate Degree candidate of the department of Computer Science, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. Chioma is currently a lecturer at the department computer science as well as the Director of information and communication technology at the Spiritan University, Nneochi, Abia State, Nigeria. She is Skilled in Cyber security, Data Science, and Digital Forensics research, development and innovation with over 30 publications to her credit. As a corollary, she is the founder, and Chief executive officer of Tech4all Global Services Limited, Nigeria and serves as a senior editor at the TAFFD’s Magazine, USA. Chioma is a member of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (MCPN), Nigeria Computer Society (MNCS), Academia in Information Technology of Nigeria (MAITP), and Agricultural Society of Nigeria, (MASN). She sits on the Executive council Board of the Academia in the Information Technology profession of Nigeria (2018 to date) and the Nigerian Computer Society, Imo state branch (2019 to date). Chioma is the Deputy Editor II, Nigerian Computer Society e-voice magazine.
